Our core focus is student Housing, new construction and remodel properties around Historic HBCU Campuses.
We strive to revitalize our urban core communities specifically around HBCUs which has been historically disinvested and undervalued. We realized an opportunity that has been missing around some of the largest HBCUs in the US, and that is providing students with affordable off campus housing and amenities such as food, fitness, and fun entertainment.

University Place Housing North is a 36 Unit 72 Bed Development undergoing construction but also leasing. We converted a blighted apartment complex into Student Housing.
